Myriam’s Table is Chef Owned & Operated

Myriam “Lisa” Houser, owner and chef of Myriam’s Table Cafe has a deep love and appreciation for multi-cultural cuisines. Lisa’s culinary journey began early in life at her grandmother’s table learning to craft fresh yogurt, cheese, bread and other Middle Eastern specialty dishes. She would then journey to her family home in New Orleans, Louisiana, where her great Aunts and grandmother taught her to make Creole and Cajun delicacies.

Lisa has traveled to the Tuscan region of Italy, Southern Mexico, and the Provance region of France to study cooking and brings a world of delectable experiences to the table, taking back with her a stronger desire to incorporate local, organic, and sustainable, farm to table service here in our area. She is unique in bringing hand crafted, homemade and old world food choices to her menus.

As a past registered dietitian, Lisa prepares and serves her food with the highest standards for flavor, freshness and nutrition.
